Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call toll free at 1-866-344-5833 or email calicocat@seminarystreet.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s) with explanation of return for a refund. Exchanges are allowed for merchandise or store credit up to 30 days of receiving product.

All products must be returned in the same condition as when sent. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation or certificate of authenticity that shipped with the product. As the buyer, you are responsible for all shipping fees for sending back the return/exchange.

Returns/Exchanges for customized special orders are up to the discretion of the Calico Cat management.

Packinghouse cinnamon rolls and all gift certificates are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns/exchanges for all other business on the Seminary Street website are up to their discretion.
