 Entrees

 Grilled Mahi Mahi with grilled Pineapple and Mango Salsa

This incredibly fresh fish is simply grilled and topped with a fresh salsa of grilled pineapple, fresh mango, cilantro, mild chiles, fresh ginger and other goodies.  Sublime!!   $21.95

Prime 8 oz New York Strip steak grilled and served with roasted shallot steak butter. 

This steak comes from the same area as the Porterhouse and Filet mignon.  It has all of the flavor of a sirloin with more tenderness.  Since it is a prime cut, it has plenty of juiciness and goes well with the shallot steak butter (which also contains Worcestershire, garlic, Vidalia onions, sea salt, Tellicherry black pepper and of course sweet creamery butter.   $24.95

Pick two with any entrée.   Extra side dishes are $4.95 each

1.    Mashed Potatoes with Boursin Cheese

2.   Grilled Fresh Asparagus with Fleur de Sel and Balsamic Vinegar

3.   Fresh Salad of Boston Bibb lettuce, shaved red onion, fresh shaved fennel, Amish Bleu cheese and Cranberry Vinaigrette

4.   Wild rice blend with orzo pasta and dried Cranberries

5.   Baked Potato with butter, sour cream or both

6.   Caesar Salad

7.   House Salad
