Grilled Hawaiian-Style Ahi Tuna
#1 Ahi tuna is literally sushi grade!  We are basting it in a Hawaiian “BBQ” marinade then grilling it to rare (unless requested otherwise) and serving it with slow-grilled pineapple slices and a tropical fruit BBQ sauce (sauce will be served on the side) .  24  

Grilled Black Angus New York Strip
A 12 ounce Black Angus strip steak is grilled to your preference and finished with a dried cherry-horseradish Demi glace.  (This is an amazing combination.  Trust me!!) 24

Side Dishes
Pick two with any entrée.   Extra side dishes are $5 each
1.  Boursin Cheese Mashed Potatoes
2. Grilled Fresh Asparagus with EVOO and Balsamic
3. Macadamia Nut Rice Pilaf
